Atomz Privacy Policy

Our services registration forms require customers and prospective customers (together called "customers") to give us contact information (like their name and email address). Periodically, we use the information you have provided on the registration form to send you updates about our products and promotional material provided to us by our partners. WE DO NOT SELL, TRADE, EXCHANGE OR OTHERWISE MAKE AVAILABLE ANY PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION TO ANY OTHER COMPANY OR ORGANIZATION.

 The customer information is also used to contact the customer periodically about the products and services for which the customer has signed up, as well as general information about Atomz. In these mailings, we may include offers from our partners, information about product upgrades and enhancements, as well as marketing promotions from Atomz. 

Atomz may contain links to other sites. Atomz is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites.

As part of the Atomz product we will index a site or sites that you provide us the URL or URLs for. We clearly identify the Atomz robot when we index these sites and respect the Robots Exclusion Protocol and the Robots meta tags. If the owners of the site do not want us to index their site, we will respect their ownership of the site and desist from indexing their Web site.

 From time to time, Atomz may share your contact information with partners who provide services that you have indicated are of interest to you.

Cookies

When you log in to access your Atomz account, you present your email address and password. This login information is encrypted and passed from page to page as you use your Atomz account. Typically your encrypted login information is present in the URL of the web page you are viewing. However, your account Administrator may configure your account such that your encrypted login information is stored in a session cookie in your browser and is not visible in the URL. This session cookie is stored only for your current browsing session, and is deleted from your computer when you log out or when you close your browser. Use of Atomz login cookies is completely at the discretion of your account administrator.

Security

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Our services uses firewall and encryption technology to protect your information, and our servers are located in a guarded co-location facility under 24-hour surveillance.

By becoming a customer of Atomz, you agree that we may contact you regarding your account as described above. To not receive these communications, you may login in and cancel at http://www.atomz.com.

Correct/Update

This site gives customers the ability to change and modify information previously provided. Please log into your account at http://www.atomz.com to update your customer information.
